Description

Parke Davis collectible ink blotter from the 1940s advertising Crysto-Vibex. The advertisement calls this compound "pleasant tasting," notes its use for treating vitamin B1 deficiencies, and follows with a list of indications including but not limited to malnutrition, cardiovascular degeneration, and inadequate diet. Dosage is given. On the left hand side there is an illustration of a mother giving medicine to her child, with a caption saying that this version is particularly useful for infants and children who cannot swallow tablets. The Parke Davis identifier is bl-66-1.
