This simple blotter contains only the name of the compound, the name of the company, the words "sedative, expectorant," and a statement that the preparation is supplied in 4-fluid ounce, 16-fluid ounce, and 1-gallon bottles. The blotter has the date 12-41 written on it. The Parke-Davis identifier is bl-6-7.
