Parke Davis collectible ink blotter from the 1940s advertising Cosadein for cough relief. The advertisement notes the compound's sedative, expectorant, and soothing properties as well as its pleasant flavor and odor and avoidance of gastric disturbances. This narcotic-exempt preparation is supplied in 16-fluid ounce and 1-gallon bottles. Dosage is given and an ingredients list is provided. The blotter has the date January 1940 written on it.
