Description

Parke Davis collectible ink blotter from the 1940s advertising Oxycel, hemostatic absorbable oxidized cellulose. This product helps to stop bleeding (hemostasis). The advertisement notes that it may be used alone or as a carrier for Thrombin, Topical. It is supplied in individual glass vials in packages of 12. The date 1946 is written to the left of the blotter. The Parke-Davis identifier is bl 129-1.
