Parke Davis collectible ink blotter from the c. 1940s advertising Carbrital elixir. Each teaspoonful contains pentobarbital sodium, USP, 1/4 gr., Carbromal, N.F. 3/4 gr. and it is supplied in 16 oz bottles. This is a sedative, and the amount of sedation can be adjusted based on the number of teaspoonfuls administered. The Parke-Davis identifier is bl 117-5.
